These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any related content, products, services, courses, and in‑person offerings provided by Dr. Sherri Yoder through Mindset of the Redeemed LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or purchase any products or services.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on this website, including but not limited to course materials, blog content, social media content, email marketing content, and any other materials (collectively, “Content”), is the sole creation and property of Dr. Sherri Yoder and Mindset of the Redeemed LLC.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. No part of the Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise used in any form without the express written permission of Dr. Sherri Yoder.

2. Nature of Content and Disclaimer

All Content provided through this website, including courses and teachings, represents the personal opinions of Dr. Sherri Yoder. The Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute mental health treatment, therapy, medical advice, or legally binding advice.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you apply or interpret the Content. Dr. Sherri Yoder is not responsible for any outcomes, actions, or results that may arise from your use or application of the Content, including any harm that may result.

3. Indemnification

By using this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Sherri Yoder and Mindset of the Redeemed LLC from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Content or services.

4. Course Purchases and Access

All course product purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Users are granted access to purchased courses for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase. Password sharing is strictly prohibited. Sharing course content, login credentials, or materials with others is not permitted.

5. In‑Person Discipleship Intensives

Refund and payment information for in‑person discipleship intensives is provided on the individual invoices issued at the time of purchase.

In general:

• Participation      in discipleship intensives requires a nonrefundable and nontransferable      deposit, often $500 USD, which secures the participant’s      reservation.
• Due to      the small and limited nature of the intensives, deposits are not      refundable for any reason.
• Additional      payments may be partially refundable up to 30 days prior to the      intensive, if and only if such provisions are clearly stated in the      invoice.
• By      paying an invoice, the user acknowledges responsibility for reading and      agreeing to the invoice terms.

If a participant fails to attend an in‑person discipleship intensive for any reason—including illness, injury, or death—all fees paid remain nonrefundable, even if the registration fee was paid in full.

6. Policy Changes

Dr. Sherri Yoder reserves the right to modify these Terms and related policies at any time at her sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to intensive participants and course registrants within 30 days of the change being made.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Currency

All prices, fees, and monetary amounts referenced on this website are stated in United States Dollars (USD).
